Brittney dove into her health and yoga journey after realizing the history of her family health and wanted to be the change. Beginning her yoga practice in mid-2018, she became more curious about how she could help others become aware of their health as well. Brittney took the leap in 2021 to start her journey to help others which started with enrolling in a holistic health coach program and then beginning her yoga teacher training. She is now a 200 hour certified yoga instructor who is passionate about power flow, vinyasa, and yin yoga while working on obtaining her health coach certification. When Brittney isn’t practicing yoga, you can find her somewhere in the mountains with her protective and adventurous mini Aussie, Wren.
