Bre found yoga in 2020 when she was looking to be active and deal with stress in healthy ways. Of course, yoga did just that – but she was surprised to find that it also offered her serenity and peace, “that passeth all understanding.” She was in love! She decided to further her journey with a 200 hour training and graduated in March of 2021. She has enjoyed not only delving into her own practice, but having the chance to share the blessing of yoga with others. For Bre, every class is an opportunity for her to learn more about her practice – and also to assist others in learning about their practices. Her passion is helping beginners discover yoga’s beauty and watching them first meet (and then exceed) their hopes and goals.
