Team Member Highlight
Kelly started her physical practice of yoga in 2017 as a way to stretch after weight training and sitting all day at work. She was immediately hooked and got on her mat every chance she could. She fell in love with the practice and how connecting her mind, body and breath made her feel.
She became certified to teach yoga in 2020 as a way to deepen her practice and connect even more with the community. Off the mat, she loves to travel and hang with her corgis and husband, all while on a never ending journey to find the best coffee, food, and pastries.
