Sara discovered yoga after pregnancy while she was trying desperately to heal her body. After having her child, Sara decided her goal was to be able to always lift her son over her head and keep up with him. In 2018 she began a consistent workout and trained for her first half marathon but found that she kept injuring herself and couldn’t seem to build core strength. She then came across yoga somewhat by accident and became hooked.
Through building her yoga practice, Sara is a happier, healthier individual body, mind, and soul. Sara has now lost around 70 lbs, is still able to lift her now 3.5 year old son overhead, and keep up with him. Yoga has brought healing to her life and she is so excited to share that healing with her community in Moore.
